Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on your purchase. It can be returned for credit or an exchange if returned in saleable condition. You are responsible for all shipping charges.
Custom Orders
Many of our pieces come with a variety of choices, so feel free to contact Shannon to make inquiries. For example, our family name and team bracelets can be customized in a variety of ways. Some items may sell out due to limited availability of certain beads and silver pieces.
Sales Tax
We are required to collect 6% sales tax on all orders shipped within the State of Michigan
